How Long Does It Take for My Items To Ship?
We shipped on Tuesdays and Fridays in the morning. Products must be purchased by 11 PM PST the night before to ship on those days. For example, if you purchase on Saturday, we will ship your products on Tuesday. If you purchase on Tuesday morning, we will ship on Friday.
What Shipping Methods Do You Offer?
At Suit Bros, we use USPS & UPS as our logistic and shipping partners. Depending on how far you are from California, the transit time will be 4-8 business days.
When Will I Receive My Tracking Number?
Our system updates clients every evening with tracking numbers for their orders. This will be sent via e-mail.
Return Policy and Cancellation Policy
We do our best to provide you with the most accurate measurements. We ask that you please measure properly. Even better, go to a local retail store where you can try on a suit and know what size fits you best. Please keep in mind that slim suits are always smaller than modern fit suits. If you choose to get the slim suits, you may have to go one or even on occasions, two suit sizes up from the modern fits.
SUITS ONLY. ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON SHIRTS and TIES
If the items don’t fit you properly, you can send it back to us. However, all shipping expenses are your responsibility. Keep in mind, shipping a suit back to us may cost you $15-$20. Then, once a suit is exchanged, we will charge you $15 to ship it back to us. We must receive the items back within 14 days of your receipt. If UPS notifies us that you received the products on the 10th, we must receive the exchange by the 24th. We will then contact you to ship the new suit.
If items are found defective, you have 2 days to contact us. Defective means holes, missing buttons, or manufacturer defects. We will then issue you a UPS labels so you can send them back. We must receive the items back within 14 days of your receipt. If UPS notifies us that you received the products on the 10th, we have to receive the returns by the 24th. We will then issue your credit card back with the funds you paid.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping companies, ie: UPS and USPS.
Suit Bros is not responsible for any goods once it leaves our warehouse and when tracking is provided.
